Club Meeting Hotel has a meeting room (capacity up to 35 guests in theater style), ideal for organizing any type of event, such as corporate meetings, training courses and business meetings.​

It’s always possible to organize a coffee-break, breakfasts and aperitif on request.
 
The meeting room is equipped according to modern technologies, with maxi screen and video projector with computer connection, DVD/DVX and VHS, a board with moving sheets, congress kit including office supplies and water. There is wi-fi, air conditioning and independent heating in all the areas.
 
The Club Meeting Hotel also organizes shuttle service to the exhibition centre Fiera di Rimini and congress centre Palacongressi, railway station and airport of Rimini on request for payment.
